Available Roles
Administrative Support
- Public Office and Front of House: Be the first point of contact with members of the public, in person or by phone, with the ability to triage their queries. Validate various forms, Pulse imputing and the maintenance of prisoner custody records.
- Victims Callbacks and Record Updates: Ensure timely communication with victims and maintain accurate Pulse records.
- Investigative Management System (IMS): Assist in ensuring that all jobs arising from an incident are properly completed and recorded on IMS.
- Traffic Collision Administration: Provide abstracts to insurance companies and relative ancillary tasks.
- Incident Room Support: Provide administrative support to SIO’s, IRC’s as deemed necessary: Assist with viewing and report findings of CCTV. Proof reading of statements, reports, and preparation for disclosure orders.
- Immigration Support: Assist with immigration-related tasks, including registration processes and data management, and potential to include removals to country of origin.
- RDMS Planning Units: Supporting the RDMS Office Manager.
- Domestic Abuse Coordination: Assisting with the Domestic Abuse Offices in providing administrative support.
- Warrants, Summons’s and Bail: Provide administrative assistance, monitoring bail conditions, conduct Pulse enquiries and keep records updated.

Vetting may be required by An Garda Síochána.
