By accessing or using the True Blue Recruitment platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Recruitment Services
True Blue Recruitment acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee that an employer will find a suitable candidate or that a candidate will find a suitable job.
4. Fees and Payments
Employers agree to pay the applicable fees for successful placements as outlined in our fee schedule. All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
5. Limitation of Liability
True Blue Recruitment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
